I live on the written word: thousands upon thousands of news stories, speeches, reports, slide decks, newsletters, press releases, you name it. Yet for the longest time, the thought of writing a book never sparked the same thrill in me.

When I decided to launch the Paolo Casciato Pubblicazioni adventure, I never even wondered whether it might become a major part of my work, and of my life. What mattered — and still matters — most to me is sharing experience, knowledge, and expertise in intrapersonal and interpersonal relations and communication with the widest possible audience. Far wider than the hundreds of people I meet every year in my training courses. Why do it? Because of the appreciation I receive from those who hear me speak on these subjects, and from those who read my pages too..

I currently mainly work in training, consultancy, and media relations; you can read a little about me on the Author page, so I won’t linger on that here.

My writing style is quick and easy to follow. The content is serious, in-depth, and practical — a combination that helps readers understand, absorb, and be ready to apply the principles and mechanisms that make the difference in defining and achieving both personal and professional goals. After all, fulfilment, satisfaction, and success begin with clear objectives.

On this site I collect and present a selection of the pages I have written over forty years of passion, study, and work — reams of notes re-worked, organised, integrated, and transformed into coherent texts on the subjects I have long pursued, both personally and professionally.
